Health and Social care workers requiring Covid vaccine

If you are registered at the practice and are a health and social care worker (Group 1 for vaccination) who has not yet been called for the Covid-19 vaccine, please email proof of your role to elccg.whitworthmedicalcentre@nhs.net. We will code this in your medical records so that you will be added to the central recall list when we have further vaccine supplies.
