Tier 3 from 2nd December

It has been confirmed that Rossendale and Rochdale will enter Tier 3 when the national measures finish in December 2nd.This will be reviewed every two weeks. The hope is we can reduce restrictions and move to lower levels ahead of rolling out vaccinations and ending restrictions altogether as quickly as possible.
